REFUND TERMS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscribers must pay certain charges as set out on the website in order to receive the relevant subscription service (Subscription) (unless we agree otherwise with you for a controlled circulation or trial period). If we have not published our charges on the website, we will notify you of the charges.

All prices are GST exclusive but we may add GST or other applicable taxes where relevant. All payments (including any applicable taxes) must be made in the currency that we specify. We may direct you to make payments to or via a third party payment agent. If we or our third party payment agent do not receive payment for the charges due for the Subscription, we may immediately suspend your rights in relation to the Subscription. Where you access and use the Subscription and this website using your user account as per the Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for the payment of all related charges.

All Subscriptions are for a one year term. BondNews Limited (trading as KangaNews) does not offer refunds or credits for a partial subscription period. If you cancel your Subscription at any time prior to the end of the one year term, you must still pay the full Subscription fee.

REFUND TERMS FOR EVENTS AND FUNCTIONS

If you are attending an event or function for which you registered on this website and you are a paying delegate, payment is required at the time of booking. We will send you a tax invoice to your nominated email address after the online registration process has been completed. Please keep a copy of your tax invoice as proof of payment.

The information we collect about registrants is used to facilitate registration for events and functions, and to notify you of our other related events and functions where permission is given. Registrants' contact details are not disseminated to any party not connected to this Event or Function. Registrant names may be included on a delegate list given to sponsors, organisers and other delegates connected to any events and functions.

Photographs taken at any KangaNews event or function for which you register or book tickets on this website may be used for promotional purposes on the KangaNews website and in any KangaNews publications. All personal information we collect from you will be handled by us in accordance with the Company Privacy Policy which is set out in a separate part of this Website.

Registrations & Cancellations

Registrations must be in writing through the designated online registration portal detailing all particulars as requested on the online registration form.

For group bookings, please include a list of all attendees and their email addresses in the same booking.

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by giving us more than thirty (30) business days' written notice and we must agree to this cancellation notice in writing. If we agree, we will refund you in full for any booking fees paid in relation to the relevant event and/or function for which you have cancelled your registration.

KangaNews reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event or function due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to an act of God, war, revolution or any other unlawful act against public order or authority, an industrial dispute including strike or other labour disturbances, a governmental restraint, or where a state of emergency has been declared (event of Force Majeure).

If we are required to cancel or postpone an event or function due to an event of Force Majeure or for any other reason, we will offer you the option to:
• be entitled to a full refund of any booking fees paid in relation to the relevant event and/or function which has been cancelled or postponed; or
• exchange your ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value at a rescheduled event or rescheduled function.

If, for whatever reason, you book and are unable to attend, you may send a substitute by providing their name in writing to KangaNews prior to the event or function.

If you make payment to a third party for an event or function offered on this website, the payment will be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party and the refund policy of that third party will apply.
