TCorp to use bookbuild in debut of guaranteed 2020 benchmark

New South Wales Treasury Corporation (TCorp) (AAA/Aaa) will issue its new 2020 benchmark line via bookbuild, the issuer said when launching the transaction on October 21. This will be the third time TCorp has used syndication for a benchmark-sized nominal transaction this year with both the lines introduced in 2009 being initially brought to market using this method.
