Initiatives to increase female participation

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) are critical to the future of the investment management industry. CFA Societies Australia seeks to drive DE&I efforts in the investment management industry toward more progressive policies and to demonstrate best practices to create a more inclusive investment profession.

The organisation forms meaningful partnerships to encourage the next generation of female finance and investment professionals, offering intern programmes, scholarships for women, education and professional learning series, and social networking opportunities to connect and engage.
