Tier-two demand still high as MyState prints first post-merger trade
MyState Bank’s first tier-two transaction since its merger with Auswide Bank – in fact, it’s first such deal in four years – was met with a comfortable oversubscription despite 25-35 basis points of tightening during the execution process.
